Check your answers by clicking on them.

To take into account: The territory known as “Western Sahara” which used to be a Spanish province, was divided into two smaller areas between Mauritania and Morocco in 1976, but it is almost completely occupied by Morocco since 1979 (there’s one area under the Polisario Front’s domination). Besides, the small territory known as “Ilemi Triangle”, placed in the area of the triple boundary of Sudan, Kenya and Ethiopia, is here shown as integrated into Sudan. The Aouzou Strip, even though disputed with Libya, is here shown as belonging to Chad. And provided that Somaliland has not yet been acknowledged as an independent country, it appears as part of Somalia. Another disputed region in Africa is Bujumbura Rural Area, Burundi’s capital city.
