Tourism in the United States
Due to the size and importance of the states that make up the Union, the comparison of the United States of America with a continent is allowed. To cross it from an end to another would demand several months. The main tourist points are: the Great Canyon of the Colorado river (Arizona), which offers probably the most beautiful views of our planet; the Niagara Falls (New York), in the border with Canada; the National Park Grand Teton (Wyoming), with its steep tips that rise almost vertically to more than 1,200 meters; the National Park Sequoia (Sierra Nevada) with its gigantic trees that surpass the 100 meters of height; the tourist center "Walt Disney World", at Orlando (Florida); the Central Park of New York, with its 345 hectares in the center of Manhattan; the city of Chicago (Illinois), one of greatest of the country, located to borders of the Michigan lake (in the region of the Great Lakes); the city of Atlanta, capital of Georgia; the city of Boston (Massachusetts), near which is the famous University of Harvard; the beautiful cities of California: Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego; the beautiful landscapes of Alaska, with the city of Anchorage, the Denali National Park; and the matchless beaches of the Hawaii islands (Hawaii).
