Tourism in Wales
Castles, beaches and mounts hope to the traveller in Wales to delight their eyes
and to wake up their interest by the rich history of this small member of the
Great Britain. In Wales the tourist can visit: the city of Cárdif (Cardiff), on
the bay of Bristol board, capital and more important city of Wales; the castle
of Coch, located near Cardiff; the national parks of Brecon Beacons (Brecon
Beacons National Park) and Pembrokeshire (Pembrokeshire Coast National Park), in
the south, and Snowdon (Snowdonia National Park), in the north; the castles of
Caernarfon (Caernarfon Castle) and Conwy (Conwy Castle), in North Wales (North
Wales); the beaches of the peninsula of Gower (Gower Peninsula); the small
harbor and university city of Aberystwyth, traditional tourist destiny during
the months of summer; and the northern centers of summering of Llandudno, Colwyn
Bay (Colwyn Bay), Rhyl and Prestatyn, with its beautiful beaches and all the
comforts for the lodging and the diversion.
