(1) Go to the Issues page:

(2) Download the cover of the issue of interest for you. The issues are placed in the list in reverse chronological order.
(3) Download the editorial notes.
(4) Download the table of contents.
(5) Download the files of the corresponding articles. The Publications Department does not provide a single file for an issue.
(6) Print the cover in A3 size 170 g/m2 glossy paper and the title page (=cover) in A3 size 90 g/m2 paper for laser printers without modifying its size (without "fitting").
(7) Print the remaining pages in A4 size 90 g/m2 paper for laser printers using the "Fit to Page" option. Use the two-sided printing option for articles.
(8) Cut the cover and the title page following the lines.
(9) Prepare the elements in order (cover, title page, editorial notes, table of contents, articles); add as a countercover a 170 g/m2 A4 size sheet card and bind them using a white spiral (the offset for binding in the cover is 0.3 in).
